Awilco to list new offshore wind company

Awilco aims to list new offshore wind venture, Integrated Wind Solutions. If all goes according to plan, the first trading day could be at the end of March.

Earlier this month, Awilco, owned by Oslo-based Awilhelmsen, announced the establishment on a new wind company. Less than three weeks later, the company now pursues an IPO.
