US helps expedite Ørsted's largest offshore wind farm

The stopwatch is set in motion for Ørsted's 1.1-GW project, while the US' stated aim of having 30 GW of offshore wind installed in 2030 is now accompanied with the opening of some new territory.

The US' new administration has now shaken the ketchup bottle of offshore wind several times since taking office. Monday evening, things really started to flow – most obviously with the country announcing its target to install 30 GW in offshore wind by 2030.
