Amazon invests in nine energy projects

The US online retailer is expanding its portfolio of renewable power projects with 1.5 GW distributed across the globe.


With an investment in nine large wind and solar projects around the world, US-based online retail giant Amazon comes one step closer to its goal of powering its business solely with renewables from 2030.

In fact, the forthcoming 1.546 GW the company has en route means that objective could already be achieved in 2025.
