Siemens reportedly considers taking Siemens Gamesa private

A Spanish media reports that the German industrial conglomerate has hired Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank to analyze a full acquisition and subsequent de-listing of Siemens Gamesa.

Siemens is allegedly preparing to buy the remaining equity shares of Siemens Gamesa to thereby de-list the OEM from Bolsa de Madrid, reports Spanish business media Expansión, according to Bloomberg News.
