Ørsted forms partnership with Southern European groups to bid in Scottish tender

Preparing to bid in the Scotwind licensing round, the Danish power company is highlighting floating wind by establishing a partnership with both an Italian project developer and a Spanish floating wind company.

While readying itself to take part in the coming licensing round, Ørsted has once again found a few new playmates. The Danish utility is teaming up with Italian project contractor Falck Renewables and Madrid-based floating wind developer Bluefloat Energy to bid in Scotwind, a solicitation largely expected allocate sites for floating wind.
