Arise improves result on better pricing

Wind developer Arise managed to divest long-postponed wind farms Ranasjö and Salsjöhöjden of 242MW in Q2, when higher power prices also boosted the company.

After a 2020 with low power prices and a dried-up project pool, Swedish wind developer Arise has gained some wind in its sails during the second quarter 2021.

The company's red bottom-line figures have gone from double digits to single, and Arise closed the books on Q2 2021 with a smaller deficit of SEK 6m (EUR 584,307) against last year's loss of SEK 27m in the same period.
