Long-term focus prompted ownership change at Nissens division

Private equity firm Axcel's ownership of Nissens Cooling Solutions came with a natural expiration date, says Nissens CEO, pointing out that A.P. Møller Holding, which also owns KK Wind Solutions, has a long-term focus on the company.

Danish company Nissens, founded in 1921, specializes in cooling systems and is one of the country's industrial era powerhouses that managed to make the jump into the 21st century, particularly through its position as a main subsupplier to the wind turbine industry.
