Consultancy says wind turbine price to surge 10 percent
Wood Mackenzie presents a new analysis saying the price of a wind turbine will increase by up to 10 percent in the coming 12-18 months.

A surge in prices on steel, copper, aluminum and fibers in combination with quadrupled logistics costs have increased the prices on wind turbines over the past six months. And in a newly published report by consultancy Wood Mackenzie, the expectation is that prices will keep rising for a minimum of one year still.
