NKT must find balance in record cable order book

NKT's order book is at a record high of EUR 3.16bn. Demand for cables for the green energy transition is rising – but the company could be challenged in achieving a balance between its various technologies.

During the second quarter 2021, Danish cable manufacturer NKT secured record high-voltage orders going to such projects as Troll West in Norway and the final phase of offshore wind farm Dogger Bank C, set to provide six million households with power.
