Ørsted consortium forms partnership on local co-ownership of ScotWind project

The consortium has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Energy4All on providing a solution for local communities to take part in the floating energy projects that the three companies have offered to establish with their tender bid.

A consortium between Ørsted, Falck Renewables and BlueFloat Energy, which has made a bid to develop floating offshore wind for upcoming project ScotWind in Scotland, has formed a collaboration with organization Energy4All to provide local Scottish communities with the opportunity to invest in the project, writes Falck Renewables in a statement.
