Vestas secures wind project of nearly 300MW

Wind OEM Vestas has struck a deal for a Canadian project of 297MW with an unidentified customer.

Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas received an order for 297MW in Canada Thursday evening CET, the group writes in a statement.

The order entails 45 V150-4.5MW and 22 V150-4.2MW turbines as well as a 25-year Active Output Management service agreement.
