RWE enters Greek energy market

A new German-Greek partnership is formed to realize the major potential of solar energy in Greece, with a goal of developing 2GW in photovoltaics.

Based on a Heads of Terms between Germany's RWE Renewables (RWE) and Greek firm PPC Renewables (PPC) back in February, the two energy companies have now struck a deal to form a joint venture meant to develop renewable energy projects in Greece in order to advance the green transformation in the country.
