Swedish Eolus deal falls through

The sale of the three wind farms Boarp, Dållebo and Rosenskog totaling 68MW won't be happening after all, say the parties one year after the original agreement.

It's been just over a year since Swedish developer Eolus struck a deal to sell the three Swedish wind farms Boarp of 24MW, Dållebo of 26MW and Rosenskog of 18MW to German investment bank Commerz Real. The deal is now canceled instead, while Eolus must pay a termination fee of EUR 200,000 to Commerz Real.
