Ørsted's absence pushes rule change in Massachusetts

It won't be the third time, either, that Ørsted wins an offshore wind tender in Massachusetts. Unlike in the US state's two preceding tenders, however, this has the logical explanation that the Danish power company didn't submit a bid. This leaves the two consortia that previously won one tender each – Vineyard Wind and Mayflower Wind – as the only bidders.
