Vestas tests turbines at extreme voltage at Østerild
The world's first Fault Ride Through test system rated at 66kV is now up and running at Testcenter Østerild, Denmark. Growing offshore wind farms and parks have generated demand for high-voltage test systems, says developer R&D Test Systems.
