Report: Nordic Capital to seek IPO of Bladt Industries

Nordic Capital is working towards an IPO of Bladt Industries in Oslo in 2022. The equity fund had similar contemplations in 2019.

Private equity investor Nordic Capital is working towards an initial public offering of turbine supplier Bladt Industries in Oslo sometime in 2022, according to Danish business daily Børsen.

According to Børsen’s information, Nordic Capital is working together with Norwegian investment bank Pareto Securities towards an IPO of Bladt Industries on the stock exchange in Oslo. Neither Nordic Capital nor chair of Bladt Industries Bjarne Molkte Hansen wishes to comment on a potential flotation.
