Vattenfall enters Norwegian offshore wind

Vattenfall can now be added to the list of companies looking to make it big in the budding Norwegian offshore wind market. Alongside aspiring domestic developer Seagust, the Swedish utility will seek licenses for two offshore wind areas, Utsira Nord and Sørlige Nordsjø II, Vattenfall writes in a statement.
