Statkraft secures EUR 1.3bn credit facility

Statkraft has signed a five-year EUR 1.3bn credit facility with two one-year extension options. The facility replaces an existing credit facility of NOK 9.2bn signed in June 2016.

Friday, Statkraft secured a new credit facility, which will replace the existing one, which is close to six years old. The newly struck agreement for credit facility of EUR 1.3bn will span a minimum of five years with options for two one-year extensions.
