Danish foundation maker Universal Foundation’s accountant raises doubts about the company’s ability to maintain operations, while the managing director, reporting ”limited activity”, concurrently works as commercial chief for another subsidiary of parent group Fred. Olsen, owned by Norway’s Bonheur.
