Orrön Energy announces bid for Swedish wind developer

A major Swedish transaction could be in the offing after former Lundin has launched a bid for developer Slitevind.

Recently renewables player Orrön Energy, formerly Lundin, has offered to buy wind developer Slitevind.

The company offers SEK 125 (EUR 12) per share, which is 20% higher than the share price on July 28, 2022. This brings the total value of Slitevind to SEK 637m.
