Ilmatar initiates seabed survey for 2.1GW offshore wind project

The Finnish company has initiated its technical seabed assessment in preparation for an offshore wind park in the Baltic Sea.

Finnish developer Ilmatar is planning a 2.1GW offshore wind farm, for which the company has now begun technical survey of the 600km2 of seabed near the island of Åland in the Baltic Sea, the company informs in a press release.
