Eurowind unveils full slate of potential energy projects in Denmark

The Danish developer reports has submitted 15 projects in connection with the Danish state’s plans for 10-15 onshore energy farms totaling 3.6GW across solar and wind energy, with options for biogas, district heating and Power-to-X as added bonuses.

Back in June, Danish lawmakers announced a decision to expand on onshore energy ­ with an aim of a quadrupling by 2030, to be exact. Scrapping the cap on wind turbines and adding far more solar panels would be pathways to more renewable energy in Denmark.
