UK court rules in favor of GE in Siemens Gamesa patent breach case

Whilst a US court sided with Siemens Gamesa in September in ruling that rival General Electric Renewable Energy’s (GERE) design of the Haliade-X platform breached the German-Spanish manufacturer’s patent, the UK High Court is of another persuasion, reports Renews.
