Nordex bags 80MW order in Lithuania

The deal with domestic utility Enefit Green entails a 32-year service agreement. Enefit Green previously obtained wind turbines from Nordex.

German turbine maker Nordex inks a contract in Lithuania for 80MW spread across 14 wind turbines.

Utility Enefit Green has placed the order, having previously bought turbines from Nordex, and the deal stipulates a 32-year service agreement, Nordex informs in a press release on Tuesday.

The turbines are slated for installation in onshore wind farm Kelme I, and they are to become fully operational by the end of 2024.

On Tuesday afternoon, Nordex shares are up 0.9%, trading at EUR 14.27.
