Floating offshore wind needs to be economically viable in the future, and for that to happen, wind turbine technology needs to be in place. A partnership comprised of a hub of companies with seasoned expertise within offshore wind has pledged to contribute to finding a solution to that challenge with a concept for a floating substation.
