Global floating solar to pass 6GW by 2031

Floating solar energy is growing, particularly so in Asia and Europe.

The global floating photovoltaic (FPV) market is growing. Therefore, solar PV developers expect to pass the 6GW threshold by 2031, writes research and consultancy group Wood Mackenzie in a press statement.
