Bladt sold to South Korean tower manufacturer

CS Wind acquires Danish Bladt from Nordic Capital. A strategically good match, says Nordic Capital.

On a number of occasions, Bladt has been a thorn in the side of its owner, the private equity fund Nordic Capital. 2019, 2020 and 2021 all resulted in significant losses, and although the annual accounts for 2022 have not yet been announced, then CEO Anders Søe-Jensen admitted to EnergyWatch in January that it had been another financially ”challenging year”.
