Vattenfall: Offshore wind needs updated framework

Rising interest rates, project costs and inflation call for a review of the framework for the projects planned for the coming years, says the energy company.

These are not exactly easy times for developers. A dramatically changed economic picture, compared to just a year ago, has made it harder to see the financial rewards of often large-scale offshore wind projects.
