The show must go on. The US offshore wind industry may be slowing down at the moment, with Avangrid being allowed last month to buy out of its contract to supply power from the Commonwealth Wind project in Massachusetts after a year of wrangling while lawsuits are being filed to stop projects elsewhere. But that doesn’t mean a halt to future expansion.
