Statkraft secures all shares in Brazilian subsidiary

Statkraft writes in a press release that the company has acquired 18.69 percent of the shares in its Brazilian subsidiary Statkraft Energias Renováveis (SKER) from Fundação dos Economiários Federais (Funcef), the third largest pension fund in Brazil. This means that Statkraft owns all the shares in its Brazilian subsidiary.
