TotalEnergies launches 1GW of Scottish offshore wind

The French company, together with its partner SSE Renewables, has made the Seagreen offshore wind farm fully operational with a capacity of 1,075MW.

1GW of new offshore wind is now spinning off the Scottish coast. TotalEnergies and its partner SSE Renewables have put the Seagreen offshore wind farm into operation, TotalEnergies writes in a statement.
