Partner opts for Nordex to deliver gigawatt orders

German renewable energy group UKA is extending its framework agreement with turbine manufacturer Nordex and expects to place orders of up to 1GW in the next few years.

Nordex is holding on to one of its old customers. Project developer UKA is extending its framework agreement with turbine manufacturer Nordex both in terms of time, so that it now runs until the end of 2025, and - just as importantly - in terms of scope. Up to one gigawatt in firm orders are expected to be placed over the next two years.
