Hywind Scotland to shut down for months due to extensive maintenance work

While extensive maintenance is needed at the Scottish floating farm, operations at Hywind Tampen are running ”as normal and expected,” says an Equinor spokesperson.

The operation of Equinor’s floating offshore wind farm, Hywind Scotland, will be interrupted for up to four months during this year to carry out extensive maintenance on the turbines.
