Ørsted and PGE charter third shipping company for Polish offshore park

With two installation vessels contracted to install the monopiles, the logistics of the Baltica 2 project seem to be in place.

An important contract on the road to an investment decision for Baltica 2 is now in place. Ørsted and PGE have signed an agreement with Von Oord for the delivery and installation of the 111 monopiles to be driven into the seabed to support the 107 offshore wind turbines and the project’s substation.
