Norwegian energy minister expects bids from all prequalified candidates – but has no "plan B"

On Friday morning it was announced that the Norwegian Ministry of Energy has completed the pre-qualification round for the Sørlige Nordsjø II auction. Five companies have been pre-qualified to participate in the auction on March 18.
