Media: Siemens Gamesa prepares for resumed sales of troubled turbines

Siemens Gamesa’s troubled turbines may soon be back on the market. After being hit with technical problems costing billions of dollars, the turbine manufacturer stopped new sales of its two largest platforms, the 4.X and 5.X, last year. But several major developers such as Germany’s Baywa.r.e. and Spain’s Repsol tell Bloomberg that they have received signals that the large turbines are coming back on the market.
