LM Wind Power cuts up to 1,000 jobs

Around two-thirds of the blade manufacturer’s Danish employees have been laid off, according to EnergyWatch. ”We are taking steps to make LM a smaller business,” says US owner.

GE Vernova is making significant cuts at LM Wind Power. The newly listed US wind turbine group expects to trim about 1,000 jobs at its blade manufacturing subsidiary, or about one-tenth of its total workforce.
