Danish open-door rejections to be reassessed after appeal board ruling

European Energy’s five open-door projects will be reassessed by the Danish Energy Agency after the firm filed a case with the Energy Board of Appeal. Another seven projects will also be reconsidered.

The Danish Energy Agency rejected five applications for feasibility studies for offshore wind projects submitted through the Open Door scheme - but this might not be the end of the road for developer European Energy, as the Energy Board of Appeal came to the following conclusion:
