Shell protects offshore wind project in Norway from cuts

The oil giant has informed its offshore wind turbine partners that work in Norway will not be affected. According to Shell, Norway has a competitive advantage in floating offshore wind.

”There will be no change for Norway as a result of what is happening now. Offshore wind in Norway is still on Shell’s wish list. The work we do will not be affected by this,” says Jan Soppeland, director of communications and government relations at Shell.
