Nordex lands order in Finland

The German wind turbine producer Nordex continues to grow in Finland, where a new energy law has just been established which will send 2 TWh wind out on contracts, before the state support is wound down.

The project developer Abo Wind has ordered 9 examples of Nordex's N131 turbines of 3MW. As of this winter, the project will be constructed 90 kilometers North-West of Finnish city Tampere and is expected to begin operations next Fall, where the farm should deliver approximately 99.771 MWh annually.
