E.on appoints new CFO

The German energy company's green branch has found its successor to Michael Sen, who is returning to Siemens after one year at the firm.

After only a few months as an individual company, E.on is shifting around its top management. Marc Spieker is stepping in from April 1 next year, taking over Michael Sen's job as CFO of the energy company, which in September finally separated its fossil division in the new company Uniper.
