GE completes acquisition of Danish blade manufacturer

LM Wind Power officially has new owners after GE coughed up approximately EUR 1.5 billion for the acquisition.

The anticipated acquisition of Danish blade manufacturer LM Wind Power is now complete. After handing over a check worth EUR 1.5 billion, GE Global Holdings Denmark is now the new owner.

In a press release, LM writes that Doughty Hanson's sale of its ownership of LM Wind Power Holding A/S is now complete.
