GE's president of onshore wind wants to reconquer the US

The US wind turbine manufacturer plans to once again become the largest supplier to its domestic market.

GE both hopes and expects to quickly reconquer its lead on the US wind turbine market, which Danish rival Vestas stole last year after GE's thirteen-year reign.

This was expressed Tuesday by GE's President and CEO of the Onshore Wind Business, Pete McCabe, when speaking to journalists at a wind turbine conference in Anaheim, California.
