Siemens and Dong sell service carrier

A Belgian firm is snatching up the loss-making installation carrier A2Sea which recently parted ways with its CEO.

Dong Energy and Siemens are selling the service carrier A2Sea to Belgian GeoSea.

The transaction, which has arrived after a long period of attempted sales by the two owner companies, is expected to be finalized during this year's third quarter and the company will continue to be headquartered in Denmark, state Dong and A2Sea.
