Danish services company hires new offshore wind COO

Danish services company Fairwind has appointed a new COO for offshore wind investment, who comes with experience from Dong and Vestas.

Fairwind is strengthening its offshore wind division. The Danish services company has hired former Dong Energy and Vestas employee Kennet Lejbach as COO for offshore wind from September 1, announced the company.

Lejbach comes to the role after four years at Dong's wind division, most recently as senior manager for transfer support, where he was part of establishing a new technical department. Prior to Dong he spent six months at Vestas as a developer, while prior to this the executive – who has an engineering background – was employed by the Danish Air Force.
