The protracted dispute between E.on and MT Højgaard regarding the 174 MW Robin Rigg offshore wind farm in Scotland is expected to see a ruling from the British Supreme Court on Thursday Aug. 3, reports Renews.
The Danish firm designed, manufactured, and installed foundations for the offshore wind farm in the 2007-2009 period. Weaknesses were later found in the concrete components due to errors in the international standard at the time.
