Blade manufacturer finds consolation after rejection

After LM Wind Power took over GE's future blade production in China, the turbine maker's partner until that point made a deal with a German blade manufacturer instead.

TPI Composites has entered a multi-year partnership with Senvion, states TPI in a press release.

From the beginning of next year, the US blade maker's factory in Chinese Taicang will supply the blades for the German manufacturer's turbines in Asia, Australia, and South America. The German firm holds a significant share of the market in locations including Australia and Chile.
