A 22-year-old wind project in northern Norway now seems to be near realization, confirms the main project developer Norsk Miljøkraft (The Norwegian Environmental Power Group) in comments to Norwegian media Montel.

This concerns the two wind projects Kvitfjell and Raudfjell totaling 300 MW, which according to plan will be installed outside of Tromsø city. The projects have a construction budget of almost DKK 3 billion (EUR 403 million), and the innovators behind the project have so far struggled to find investors.
