Climate Week NYC shows defiance against Trump

US President Donald Trump can withdraw from climate deals and abandon set targets, but this will not change the fact that renewables are in the spotlight at Climate Week NYC this week. There is faith in offshore wind in particular.

NEW YORK

"The bottom line is that the Paris accord is very unfair, at the highest level, to the United States," said US President Donald Trump when withdrawing the country from the Paris Climate Accord on June 1 this year. The renewable energy sector's concern grew in the wake of this decision.
