
The Danish cable manufacturer NKT has received its biggest positive indication after last week's break with Nilfisk. NKT has signed a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) with the consortium on the British offshore turbine project Triton Knoll and undertaken to supply export, as well as array cables for the 860 MW offshore wind farm, says NKT in a press release.
"The signing of contracts in England about establishing new offshore wind farms emphasizes our view of the offshore wind market as a market that will still be attractive in the years to come," says CEO Michael Hedegaard Lyng.
