NKT chosen as supplier for major MHI Vestas project

NKT has been chosen as supplier for the Triton Knoll project and the cable manufacturer can now look forward to an order worth millions of euros.

The Danish cable manufacturer NKT has received its biggest positive indication after last week's break with Nilfisk. NKT has signed a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) with the consortium on the British offshore turbine project Triton Knoll and undertaken to supply export, as well as array cables for the 860 MW offshore wind farm, says NKT in a press release.
